Decent price, convenient location and friendly staff. Our city break was made better by the fact that the hotel was situated just off the main highway, which made travelling to nearby attractions a breeze. We were also pleased with the affordable rates that the hotel offers.

The room was subpar, and the amenities were not up to scratch. We found the room lacked the basic amenities that we expected, and the cleanliness was not up to par.

We had a great time and plan to return, it's a fantastic place to use as a starting point to explore the area.

The location on the eastbound carriageway allows for easy access between cities, though it may require a slight detour. The staff provide excellent service, and the basic amenities meet all of your needs. The rooms, some of which have a view of the dual carriageway, are clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast options are varied and satisfying.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel on the edge of York. the room was lovely, clean, warm, and quiet, with a nice view of the surroundings. It was convenient to have a Burger King and Greggs for snacks attached to the hotel. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the location was also ideal, with easy access to local eateries and even an abandoned farm to explore. Plus, the proximity to the city center allowed us to easily explore all the attractions.

The lack of power sockets in the room was a bit inconvenient, especially in this day and age.

Conveniently located near York and Flamingo Land. Plenty of parking spaces available.

Noisy rooms and uncomfortable beds. The shower had no pressure and the water was lukewarm.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and basic amenities. The location of the hotel on the eastbound carriageway makes it convenient for travelers heading between two cities, allowing for a fair detour from any other direction. The staff provided excellent service, with friendly and welcoming reception staff like Sue, who made us feel at home.

Although there were minor issues, overall, our stay at this hotel was satisfactory.
